there is a separate professional laundry, a storage room and a large sheltered terrace with tables and chairs and a kitchen used to treat the clients with a delicious breakfast, a 6 cars carport and a reception. It is all “self check in” organized. The entrance gate has a digit code and there cameras over the property.
B/ The owner’s Home:
Composed of a large garden, a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms home, a pool and a separate entrance, it is perfect to operate the rentals and have full privacy.
