In business for 50+ years, The Company designs, manufactures, and distributes moderately priced and high quality bicycles and accessories. Since that time, the Company has grown into a multi-faceted brand respected for quality, value, and integrity with distribution in more than 25 countries around the world. Across its three established and beloved brands, it offers over 100 models. The Company sells on a wholesale basis only to independent retailers, working with approximately 1,200 US and 25 international dealers. Revenue is predominately from the Western US, which is consistent with overall industry demographics. The Company offers a robust product line, including road, mountain, commuting, fitness, comfort, leisure, beach cruisers, tricycles, racing, and others.
