#1: Evening operating hours could be extended Sunday through Tuesday, and weekend hours could be extended especially during the summer. #2: Current production capacity allows for one or two additional satellite locations. #3: Extend current product offering by adding ice cream cakes and pies. #4: Space has been allocated for additional 20-flavor dipping cabinet to double flavors offered. #5: Expand menu to include coffee and deli foods #6: Wholesale ice cream to local restaurants

Retirement
Seller will stay on for 21 days to ensure a smooth transition, and will be available 90 days thereafter via phone or email. Additional support may be available per Consultation Agreement between the parties.
