Originally founded in 1975 as an office of United Business Brokers, Sunbelt Business Brokers of Tampa Bay is the oldest of such brokerages in the Bay area. Ten years ago, this office joined forces with Sunbelt Business Brokers Network which currently has well over three hundred offices in the US, Europe, Mid East, and South America. With this storied history in mind, Joe Varner purchased the firm in 2010. At that time he also purchased the franchise territory rights to the Sarasota/Bradington area. Joe believes in continuing on with the firm's tradition of promoting ethical and professional behavior in the Business Brokerage community and putting the interests of our clients first.
