Pennie is a pioneer in the field of veterinary practice valuation and acquisitions. Focusing exclusively on veterinarians, she has more than 35 years of experience with practices on a nationwide basis. Pennie’s extensive knowledge of this industry offers veterinarians the options they need when evaluating a practice, selling a practice, or buying a practice.
Principal, Shawn Henriksen, is a licensed real estate broker and she holds the prestigious designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), granted by the National Association of Certified Analysts (NACVA) to qualified individuals with considerable professional experience in the field of business valuations. She has been evaluating and marketing veterinary practices for more than 20 years. Working directly with doctors, she provides an in-depth financial analysis of their practices, determines the most effective marketing approach, and serves as a negotiator between all parties during the transaction. Shawn has 15 years of prior international business experience working with a major corporation in Europe in customer service, large-scale contract negotiations, budgeting, and project management.
