For five years, this practice has been turning patients away.
In 2021 the owners closed the practice to general new-patient intake. Since then they have accepted roughly fifteen patients a month, by referral only, against a base of nearly 7,000 patient records — while spending $266 on advertising in 2025, in one of the most competitive aesthetics markets in the United States, and still filling the schedule every week of the year.
What a buyer acquires here is not a practice that needs fixing. It is a practice that has been deliberately held below its own capacity by owners who were not trying to grow, but to finish well.
