Business Description
This Philadelphia-based company provides kitchen cleaning services to restaurants and other commercial kitchens, including a hotel and several hospitals. Services include degreasing of floors, walls and equipment, hood and filter cleaning, and pressure washing. Exhaust system cleaning is not part of the current scope.

The business launched in January 2024 and operates as a franchise. About two-thirds of revenue is recurring under signed service agreements, and the remaining third is non-recurring work at higher margins. Clients are split roughly evenly between restaurants and other commercial kitchens. Every recurring customer has stayed with the company for one to two years.

The owner works about 10 to 15 hours per week, mainly on estimates and sales calls from home. A supervisor who has been with the company since it started leads a crew of hourly employees, and day labor is used when extra capacity is needed. The company has no facility or lease, and everything needed to operate is included in the sale.

Facilities
None required. Equipment is stored in the service van, so the business carries no rent or shop overhead.

Growth and Expansion
New customers currently come only from Google search, so additional marketing channels have not been tried.
No price increase has been made since the business launched.
The van does not run every night, and the current crew and equipment can handle more work.
The company has relationships with a property management group and with restaurant groups at the national level.

Competition
Most competition comes from restaurants cleaning their own kitchens and from general cleaning companies. This business specializes in restaurant kitchens.

Reason for Selling
The owner is returning to the corporate world.

Training and Support
The owner will provide three months of training and transition after closing and is available afterward as a paid consultant.

Financing
