The product is sold via Seller’s website direct to Consumers across the US.
The process basically consists of cutting and bending metal parts to size for each iteration of the product, packaging all the screws, nuts and bolts etc. that go with each type of order, and cutting and sewing the fabric portion of the kits.
The final product and its individual components are then shipped from the fabrication facility direct to the customer. Customers pay for the shipping.
Seller sources all the components from US manufacturers and wholesalers. Only one small part is ordered from overseas – and it’s a part not used in all the final products.
• No high tech equipment is necessary. All the equipment is included in the sale and must be relocated. Seller relocated the business from another state approximately 15 years ago.
This is not sophisticated line production – not that a new owner couldn’t set it up that way. CAD drawings on file for dies that sit at an extrusion company in another state.

Must be relocated after the training period. (Seller relocated the business ~ 15 years ago from another state to his garage. Then again when his own building was built) With employees already in place, obviously it would be easier to relocate to a warehouse within the greater Dallas area. It can remain at the current location for a month or two while training if needed at $2,000/month rent.
Cash flow and sales above are 2025. Based on P&Ls through August 2026, this year’s SDE is projected to be similar to 2025.
As it fluctuates, Inventory included in the price will not be not less than $95,000 and could be up to 120,000.
Reason for Selling: Owns another business wants to build up – totally different industry.

Location Description:
The business is housed in a warehouse of approximately 2500 sf where the sewing, parts and shipping is done. And a separate smaller building of approx 550 sf. for the simple metal work – primarily measuring, cutting, punching and bending. Anyone with basic metal shop knowledge would be able to easily learn this part.

Seller just added another pattern for a particular iteration the company hasn’t sold before.
More iterations could be added – just need to tweak current designs to fit certain other end products.
