As the new owner, you do not have to have the necessary education, licenses and certifications. All these types of requirements are in place and will be transferred to the new owner. This includes a Board-Certified Behavior Analysist. (BCBA) Because there are skilled positions in our business, we have a well-defined short transition plan in place as well as ongoing training and support. And as various ongoing certifications and education requirements come up, we have plans in place that will be transferred to the new owner.
We accept various medical plans, and we are established with Medicaid plans as well. In addition, our CRM, along with all accounting methods, advertising methods, databases and any vendor contracts will be transferred to the new owner.
