I have read in one of the ads that says SDE is 200 K$ . Is this the net profit ? And is it taxable or is it after taxes ?

Another related question :
Is it possible to have a benefit of about 50% ( of the initial capital ) in a retail (women garments ) store in one year ?

You are talking about SDE, Sellers Discretionary Income. This is income a potential buyer would realize after recasting financial statements which remove non-operating assets and income.
