need some advice about bridal business

i spoted a business which is not too expensive and i could manage to pay it off without the need of financing, but is it a good idea to do so, also is the seller says can not provide financials but It has been in business for 11 years and has lots of repeat and referral customers. The shop includes a well-designed website with extensive photos. It's an asset sale. the add says Observation is recommended to realize its potential value, DOES IT MAKE SENCE TO YOU, What could be the reasons that the owner can not provide financials if its a sucessfull business....any sugessions

Hello. I am new to this too. But I was interested to read of other people's experience here. In my very limited experience I would say DO NOT BUY ANYTHING if the seller will not provide financials. In fact - this is a major 'red light'. Any seller who has a business that is doing well will want you to see the financials. So I would say - keep looking elsewhere!
