How legit are these business?

I have read a couple of business make claims of making over 500,000 dollars.

Is it how much the made during their business years or during one business year or are they posting what they think is the potential earnings of their business?


And are their any scams being run that one should look out for and how can one avoid them?

The numbers for La Villa Rosa LLC are an annual gross for one 44 week year as projected with a 25% occupancy.
