I am looking to buy a business in South Jersey.I need some information about financing.Are there any programs out there for first time business buyers?

Greg, there are many programs for financing a business. Most will require you to have at least 20% down (more if you have no industry experience) Check online and ask questions of people. There are some vendors that have listed on this site that have been helpful.

Check with your local SCORE office or their national website and you'll find a lot of brains to pick. This organization is composed of volunteers from all levels of ownership and management and from every industry you can imagine.
