  Mad Science franchisees spark imaginative learning by delivering engaging programs for children that are designed to instill a clear understanding of what science is really about, and how it affects the world around us. Our franchisees build a business that allows them to enjoy the personal and social benefits of their work. Mad Science franchisees focus on promoting their business and scheduling presentations which are delivered by their staff of part-time instructors. You do not need a science background. Your task is to concentrate on marketing your business to schools, parents, community centers and other potential customers, and hiring and training a staff of part-time instructors who will deliver the programs you sell. Our franchisees build strong relationships with school and community decision-makers, becoming highly valued partners in education.


Training & Support     

Mad Science franchisees receive a comprehensive training package to get them started, and unmatched support to help them grow their business. Our team provides new franchisees with the materials, training and support they need to establish Mad Science in their community. Existing franchisees are an available wealth of experience and advice, and Mad Science is pleased to act as a facilitator, helping franchisees share winning strategies to help everyone succeed.

COMPREHENSIVE INITIAL TRAINING

  • 5 Days in Montreal: Our staff will teach you the operations, staff and equipment management methods, marketing strategies and sales techniques of a successful Mad Science franchise. We will also introduce you to the impressive range of Mad Science programming content and technological tools available to you, and how to use them to your advantage.
  • 5 Days at Your Location: Your Account Manager will work with you to develop a customized training agenda which meets your specific needs. Together, you will set up your equipment room, train your staff, and help you give the first Mad Science presentation in your community.

ONGOING COACHING AND SUPPORT
