Advertising

Our strategy is to use national, multi-brand advertising campaigns and promotions in order to make the biggest impact with our advertising budget, to attract new guests and reinforce the positive perceptions of current customers.

ons backed by TV, radio, billboards, print, online, and collateral material designed to reinforce Choice Hotels image in the marketplace and to increase advance reservations throughout all our hotels.

Training

We provide a wide array of exceptional education and training opportunities for you and your staff
during the start-up process and throughout the life of your franchise, both at your property and at the Learning Center, Choice's corporate training facility in Silver Spring, MD:

  • HOST Training: Hospitality Operations Success Training is a five-day certification session centered on how to operate a Choice brand property.
  • Choice Training Days: A regional program where professional trainers help you and your hotel staff learn the tools, technology and skills to drive performance.
  • ResCoach: A coaching and monitoring program that supports our "Selling That Delivers" reservations training system.
  • Be Our Guest: A guest care certification program, where Choice has partnered with outside experts and guest service leaders to design engaging, effective, results-oriented learning materials for hotel general managers and associates.
 

Fees

  • Initial Fee: $500 per room, $50,000 minimum
  • Royalty Fee: A monthly assessment of 5,65% of gross room revenues
  • System Fee: A monthly assessment of 3,85% of gross room revenues
