franchise, you will provide a valuable service to clients, and
supply a pair of fresh eyes to evaluate the current structure of
their business to help them improve and maintain the health of
their company.
Our ActionCOACH Business Coaches
provide business mentoring to our clients and help them excel by
focusing on the four core aspects of their business: time, team,
money, and systems.
In order to become an
ActionCOACH, you need to have passion and a
genuine, caring attitude. Franchise owners can easily learn the
details of fixing and managing a business from our business
mentors, but dedication and commitment can’t be
taught.
We will work within our "14 Points of Culture" to
make sure that everyone who touches, or is touched by the
ActionCOACH team, will benefit greatly and in some
way move closer to becoming the person they want to be or achieve
the goals they want to achieve.
Building a Passive Stream of
Income
Within 12 to 24 months of
operation, you should be in a position to work closely with
Associate Coaches from which you can derive a passive income. As
your coaching business continues to grow, you will be exposed to
many additional business opportunities that you can choose to
participate in either actively or passively.
