An Italian fast-food restaurant established in 1984 to take the
food to the people, Ameci Pizza & Pasta by July had grown to 42
Southern California stores, with four more openings planned before
the year’s end. Though delivery and take-out have spurred
Ameci’s growth, forthcoming restaurants will have dine-in
facilities in order to meet the needs of a wider target clientele.
The five-year plan calls for 150 stores in Southern and Northern
California, Nevada, Arizona and beyond.
