Located on the beach road in front of the beach, 50 feet away. 3 blocks from the ferry,. 1/2 mile to the cruise ships and bus station. The main highway from San Jose is a direct route. Within walking distance to restaurants, casino, bars, shopping and town. A quiet area, perfectly located.
8 rooms all furnished with A/C, Cable TV, WiFi access, kitchenettes, swimming pool and parking. City water, and a private well as well as a 400 gallon reserve tank. The lot in the back has great potential for expansion.
The lot in the back is much larger than the property that the hotel presently sits on. Permits to build as high as 5 stories can be easily obtained.
There are a few other hotels in the area and on the beach also. But my hotel offers the kitchenettes, better prices and a family atmosphere.
