Both are part of a national franchise that is advertised heavily via direct mail in the immediate areas. Both have 1 large fleet account they work with and some other very small fleet accounts. The Auburn Location is also a Uhaul dealer for additional income. Auburn location does have an equipment lease (the equipments practically new) that must be assumed and the Renton location has a sign lease.
