RETAIL: Health / Meal Preparation Business: This is a health eating program where the meals are fresh and not frozen. Our customers get their meals on Monday and Thursday of each week by either picking them up at the store or I deliver about 20% to a variety of people for a variety of reasons. The pick – up hours are 3pm to 7pm on Monday and Thursday. Orders are placed each week by e-mail and trucks deliver to the store on Monday and Wednesday at 7am. I am not required to be at the store to meet the truck drivers have a key and place the food in the freezer and I have to remove from crated, count and bag the food for the clients. Located in a busy Nebraska City.
