This neighborhood bar, conveniently located on one of the busiest streets (over 30,000 cars per day) in northeastern Harris County is very popular. The bar is registered with a non-local NFL team as an official NFL Team Establishment and serves as the center of activities for the club of rabid fans for this team. This NFL team club meets at the bar every football game and its attendance grew from 35 when the bar was first opened to over 125 currently. Revenues for the bar grew by 30% in 2011 over 2010. This establishment offers 3 pool tables, 6 video games, sand shuffleboard, Karaoke, live bands, dancing, and of course sports viewing on 6 flat screen TVs and 3 big screen TVs throughout the bar. This bar has also been on the Sci Fi channel proving Paranormal activity (1.4 mil viewers) and YES it does seem like there’s a resident ghost or two on site. I experienced it myself! Kind of weird, but it doesn’t seem to stop the crowd from gathering, in fact, customer traffic has increased since the show was aired. The seller has just returned from California where he filmed a segment on My Ghost Story on A&E Biography that will be aired this season. There may be another filming for the Travel Channels Ghost Adventures and a local TV show Touring Texas History coming up also! The APA Org has 2 home teams here at this bar with a pool league coming in on Monday nights. Friendly landlord has discounted rent to $4000/mo and this should continue with new tenant.
