Seller believes that keeping the domain names with the same registrar at the time of transfer streamlines and simplifies the process of the sale so that it will proceed in a very expedient manner. Also, Seller may have acquired some of the domain names he has for sale within the past 60 days and therefore there may be a period of time prior to the domain name being available for transfer to a different registrar.
