The Company services customers in East and Southeast Texas and Western Louisiana. The majority of the business activities occur within a 100 mile radius of the existing Company headquarters.

Expansion potential:

It is anticipated that production capacity exists for the next fifteen to twenty years from the current locations, which can be expanded upon.

Competition / Market:

The Company owns a large fleet of late model trucks and other equipment to complete jobs in a timely manner without waiting on third party rental equipment companies to deliver the necessary tools or machinery. The Company has carefully planned for future production needs and has carefully obtained commitments from the landowners that are currently leasing their land to the Company.

Support & training:

The owner of the company is active in the daily operations of the company but the direct sales and marketing efforts are the responsibility of employees that will remain on staff following the consummation of the sales transaction. The financial management and accounting functions are overseen by the Corporate Controller, who also anticipates remaining in the business.
