The salon offers four 20-minute tanning beds, and one Mystic Tan spray tanning booth to its loyal customer base of 1,900 clients! It also sells T-shirts, tank tops, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, sandals and tanning lotions which provides additional revenue. Additionally, the salon’s membership program provides a consistent stream of monthly income! Approximately 75 clients take advantage of the unlimited tanning the memberships offer -- $28 per month for the tanning beds, or $59 per month for the Mystic tanning. These membership fees are automatically charged to the member’s credit card on a monthly basis.
The owner currently works full-time in the salon, and has a part-time employee assist on Sundays and other times when needed.
