The business is located in a mid size city in the Carolinas, but they attract buyers from all over the Carolinas and Georgia. The sales peaked 4 years ago at $5M but are about $3M now. This decline is due to the weaker economy and the fact they changed marketing strategy from being a volume discounter to a regular retailer with higher margins.
