Unique "virtual" school that can be relocated anywhere in the country. Students pay tuition of $1800 to $2800 to become fully trained and certified in the Medical Transcription industry. The cost per student for all materials including books, foot pedal, flash cards, software and CDS is roughly $280. Most students pay in full, up-front, so the receivables are only $5000 to $10000 at any given time. The vast majority of schooling is performed online with a software program called "Moodle" This is an "open source" school software that has been customized for the school.
