High Tech Industry, the Computer Industry and the Aero-Space Industry, primarily in the Commercial Sector for over 34 years.

The uniqueness of this company is in their equipment. To fully appreciate what these machines are capable of producing, one would need an engineering / machinist background.

Specializing in parts less than 1.5 inches in diameter – but also has the capacity up to 4 inches in diameter. They own this market as most machine shops do not have the capacity to produce parts this size.

Over the years they have designed and built turning equipment that is extremely fast, and consistently holds close tolerances down to .0005 of an inch or less. They have also developed lathes built on Harding DSM-59 lathes - pneumatic driven by Omron Computers that are set for gang tooling. In addition they have a group of smaller, very unique Hardinge HSL Lathes that are extremely fast and accurate, with turn cycles down to 10 seconds.

As a complete machine shop, they also have Screw Machines – Traubs, A-60, A-42,
A-25, and A-15, which are used to make blanks for the second operation in the Hardinge
Lathes. They also have Bridgeport milling equipment, drilling, tapping and grinding equipment; Center less and Surface grinding as well.

The seller decided to retire 5 years ago and by choice has been cutting back on production, much to the dismay of several of his accounts. A knowledgeable machinist can have this business up and running at it’s peak in a short period of time with most of the company’s accounts still in tact.
