We are looking to purchase a home based business.

We do have a business in mind. This company sells religious cards and does not operate with a web-site.

We have had some dialogue with the owner and are thinking of taking this to the next level.

Any specific questions we should be asking the owner.

Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
