I am sorry I have not gotten back with you before today, please accept my apologies. I am in Europe and have been for 9 weeks now. I have been house shopping for my family and have not had the time to check my emails and respond to everyone. The business is still for sale, all machinery and facilities are in tact and still in place, pending a verbal purchase. The present buyer states that he will close this deal on or around the 30th of November. It was supposed to be done 8 weeks ago and.. as of today, a written purchase agreement is not in place. As a result of the overwhelming response I have had from my listing, I have decided to entertaining all other suitable buyers. So now it is first come first serve again...If you take your valuable time and look at my facility you will quickly see that I am literally giving everything I have built the last 14 years away, for less than half price.

But please understand this... time is of the essence here. I will entertain all suitable buyers, but the first suitor who puts a 15% good faith deposit in place with a purchase agreement, will have my undivided attention. So as you can see gentlemen, I am selling my building at a total loss from my build price of 1999 ( we were in a recession then also don't forget) and leaving the equity that is still standing in this market place to ensure a quick sale of my facility.
