Business description

Want to make as much as some of those other cleaners without actually cleaning the clothes? And how about only working 5 days a week? Here’s your answer! This is a dry cleaning pick-up and delivery business for sale at a competitive price but with the benefits of not having to get up at 4am to start the boiler! The clothes are picked up Monday-Thursday and are always delivered the next day (e.g. we pick up Mondays in the morning at 7am and deliver Tuesday evening between 4-6pm). All work in contracted out through a cleaner of your choice, so there is no actual cleaning required. All customers are billed monthly. There is no stock inventory, except for our customized laundry bags and professional marketing materials. A Ford E150 delivery van is used for the pick-up and delivery, plus a office computer to keep track of all invoices, financials and reports. This could easily be ran out of a home or combined with another cleaner operation already up and running to add to their monthly gross sales

There is little to no competition to our free “next day” service, competitive pricing and quality guarantees. All other competitors either charge for their delivery service, take 3+ days to deliver the clothes back to their customers or have more expensive prices than our own – all powerful points of difference which makes us a more attractive service to consumers.

Support & training:

The Franchisor conducts a comprehensive 5-day training course that will cover all aspects of the business. In addition, a 2-day on-site support and training visit will also be conducted. I will also stay on hand for 2 weeks to help with day to day routine before the corporate training and to make sure the sale transition is as smooth and seamless as possible.
