The purchase price will include both businesses, real estate and all equipment associated with the two businesses. There will be an inventory taken at time of sale for all general merchandise, food items and gas on hand. The total amount will be due Seller.

This is a very nicely kept building and area. There is a well established restaurant (Petro’s) on the adjacent property which brings patrons in from not only the City of Cedartown but from surrounding areas and offers the finest of Italian and Greek cuisine.

The gas provider pays the owner a flat rate of $5,000 per month and maintains the gas tanks, pumps and canopy throughout the term of the Agreement. Upon expiration of the Agreement on December 31, 2010, islands, pumps, tanks, canopy and tanks shall be the property of Owner. An average of 70,000-75,000 gallons of gas are pumped monthly.
