The Company provides overhaul, repair, modification and manufactures aviation and ship training simulator devices for the US military. The Company was founded in 1994 as a direct result of the Base Realignment and Closure Commission’s (“BRAC”) decision to close the Naval Aviation Depot (“NADEP”) in their area. In an effort to keep the highly skilled workers, the Company was established to utilize the unique capabilities of the displaced NADEP employees. In 2001, the Company was certified as an 8(a) Minority Business Enterprise.

The Company has enjoyed tremendous growth over the historical period and is very excited about its future growth prospects. The Company has been in business for over 13 years, and in that time has established itself as a premier provider of aviation simulator products and services. The Company’s reputation for outstanding customer service has enabled it to expand its product line. Presently, the DOD is supplying contracts directly to the Company without going through the competitive bidding process.

• Currently the Company’s backlog is in excess of $10 million. Most of the Company’s contracts are three to five years in duration. Eighty percent of the Company’s 2007 revenue is in backlog.

• As funds begun to flow at the DHS, more defense contractors have taken a renewed interest in tapping this market for near-term growth. Of the department’s $32.1 billion 2007 discretionary budget, $18 billion is viewed as addressable by the Department of Defense (“DOD”) contractors. The DHS budget is estimated to grow to $38.1 billion in 2012.

• Since inception, the Company has not utilized any outside debt or equity financing to assist in the growth of the Company. All cash flows from operations have been kept in the Company to support the increasing working capital needs.

• Sales increased at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (“CAGR”) of 46.3% from 2003 to 2005, from $1.7 million to $3.5 million, respectively.
