
This is a new 3500 sq.ft. bakery/cafe in a strip center located on a busy major thoroughfare in Fort Bend County. Opened in November 2010, the seating capacity is 77 inside and 33 outside. No expense was spared in the buildout; furniture and fixtures were put in at a cost of $180,000. All new equipment was used to outfit the kitchen at a cost of $150,000. An extensive menu is offered "buffet style" and the dining area is complimented by an extensive pastry case. This is casual,but upscale dining at its best!
